• Going beyond the Bedrock Layer in the Nether is restricted.

Mechanical Changes

List of mechanical changes in general

• Players can no longer place beds in the Nether.

• Iron Golems now drop Iron Nuggets instead of Iron Ingots.

• Diamond Ores (and Deepslate Diamond Ores) now drop Diamond Scrap which can be combined to craft a Diamond. (See Mining)

• Vanilla Enchanting now consumes all required levels, i.e., a maxed Tier III enchantment will always consume 30 Vanilla Experience Levels.
