Exalted Enchantments are empowered Enchantments, applicable to a variety of tools, weapons and armors. All Exalted Enchantments utilize the same mechanic as a typical Vanilla Enchantment and requires to work.
Exalted Enchantments can be primarily obtained in 2 ways:
Exalted Enchantments have a low chance to appear on your items for Tier III enchants. Certain Exalted Enchantments may also appear on Tier II enchants, at a significantly lower chance and limited to Unique rarity enchantments.
The obtaining rates of Exalted Enchantments have been increased for Tier III, compared to our initial rates, albeit it should still remain relatively low.
Exalted Enchantments obtained via the Vanilla Enchanting Table will never be the maximum level of the enchantment itself.
Up to a maximum of 2 Exalted Enchantments are rolled per enchant and each roll requires the total Enchantments on your item, Vanilla or Exalted, to not exceed 4 in total.
Enchantment Books are divided into 6 Tiers, each Enchantment Book has the potential to only roll for Enchantments of its Tier, i.e., Unique Enchantment Books for Unique Enchantments.
The table below summarizes all available Enchantment Book Tiers and its associated cost.

An Exalted Enchantment Book of that specific Tier
A Disfigured Dust
A Cursed Enchantment Book
These are rolled based on the Enchantment Book Tier's rates and only 1 of them is rolled each time. The difference between rolling a Disfigured Dust is that you will be able to extract a random % amount of Vanilla Experience via the Alchemist, in exchange for Currency.
If you do receive a Cursed Enchantment Book however, there is nothing you can do with it, other than applying it to your items and enjoy its de-buffs, if you would like to.
Upon obtaining a Disfigured Dust, you can exchange it with the Alchemist, for a percentage amount of Vanilla Experience utilized to purchase the Enchantment Book, corresponding to the Enchantment Book Tier.
There's are currently no enchantment limits for Exalted Enchantments.
