Increased Server Latency

Increased latency for Asia-specific (SG/TW) regions.

Hello everyone!

Yes we are aware that players in SG/TW regions are currently experiencing substantially increased latency while playing on TrixyCraft (~140+ compared to the usual 10-30ms) and this has been identified as an on-going issue by our server host.

Unfortunately, there isn't really an ETA on when this will be fixed, we have been granted additional player slots and both increased RAM/CPU quota as temporary compensation in the meantime. We were granted the option to suspend our hosting with hosting fees refunded as well but this will be our last resort. It's definitely frustrating to play with high ping but ultimately, what we could do now is Prayge that the server host fixes this as soon as possible. If this issue persists, we will try to explore other options, such as switching server hosts in the future.
