Quests act as side-objectives, where players can accept and get rewarded upon completion.
Every Quest is tied to a Tier, which represents the quality of the quest rewards, difficulty rating and requirements. As Tier increases, Quests usually have more stages, harder, restrictive and time-consuming but players will be rewarded heavily.
There are in total, 6 Quest Tiers.

The easiest way of finding a Quest, is through the Quester NPC at Spawn. The Quester contains 9 basic Quests for each , including Rank 0: Novice. Right-clicking the Quester will display a Quests GUI, enabling you to pick and choose your desired Quests. Left-click to start off a Quest.
/quests journal
Takes out / Keep away a Quest Journal, containing your current Quest and its progress.
/quests quit <Quest Name>
Quits a Quest.
/quest <Quest Name>
Display your current Quest progression through in-game chat.
/quests stats
Display your Quests statistics, including your Quest Points.
/quests top
Display the top Questers.
Objectives are your tasks in which you need to complete in order to successfully complete a Quest.
Requirements are conditions in which you must have bypassed before you can take on a Quest. Quest Points are typically involved in a Quest Requirement.
Restrictions, when not adhered to, during a Quest will result in a failed Quest attempt.
Cooldowns are usually displayed on the details of a Quest. This represents how long you have to wait, before you can re-attempt the Quest again, after a recent successful attempt.
Event Quests may appear during various Server Events. Event Quests will not have any Requirements and its rewards will always be tied to Tier II. Event Quests may also appear more challenging.
Quest Points are a form of unique Quest currency, obtained during completion of Quests. It may serve as certain Quests' Requirements and the higher Quest Points that a Player has, the more Quests that he or she will have access to.
Quests that are Enabled allows gangmates to partake in a Quest together. Contributions of any gangmate will count towards the Quest Objective, if all gangmates are involved in the same Quest.
