Skill Rating & Tiers

Mutated Mobs come in packs, but not without a label.

Skill Rating

A Skill Rating is utilized to categorize Mutated Mobs into various difficulty levels, enabling players to identify the amount of threat each Mutated has. Skill Ratings are usually visible on the name tags of the Mutated as well as the Boss Bar on the top middle of your screen.

There's a total of 6 different Skill Ratings and each has its own recommended Gear and Weaponry level. The following are listed in a format of <Difficulty> - <Loot Rarity> - <In-Game Color Tag>

Loot Rarity is another scale used in determining the quality of your loot content, alongside with Mob Crystal drops.

Note: The following statistics are applicable to the default tiers of Mutated and are calculated based on single player combat.

BASIC - UNCOMMON - LIGHT GREEN

Suggested Gear Level: Unenchanted Iron and above.

UNDEMANDING - RARE - DARK BLUE

Suggested Gear Level: Partially / Fully Enchanted Iron and above.

MODERATE - ULTIMATE - LIGHT YELLOW

Suggested Gear Level: Fully Enchanted Iron / Partially Enchanted Diamond and above.

SKILLFUL - LEGENDARY - NEON BLUE

Suggested Gear Level: Fully Enchanted Diamond and above.

HARD - DEMONIC - PURPLE

Suggested Gear Level: Fully Enchanted Diamond / Netherite and above.

HELLISH - GODLY - RED

Suggested Gear Level: Custom Equipment and above.

Tiers

Tiers represents attribute modifiers of a specific Mutated. They are usually visible beside the names of a Mutated, appearing on its name tags or on the Boss Bar itself.

All Mutated Mobs usually spawn at Tier I, which is at its default base tier. However, on several locations, Mutated Mobs of Tier II & above (Tier II, Tier III and Boss Tier) may spawn in Warzones, do be reminded that they will be slightly more difficult to kill and will have increased Health or Damage.

Several Mutated may appear to have a Boss Tier label and while this may discourage you from engaging a one-to-one combat, they are still defeat-able but only with the precise combination of gear and a bit of skill, or you could defeat them along with your friends! (which was the main reason why Boss Tier was introduced)

Boss Tier Mutated usually get harder to defeat down the road so be sure to gather your Gangmates just in case!
