Similar to Vanilla Enchanting, once you obtain an Exalted Enchantment of any tier, you can apply it as normal via a traditional Anvil, which requires a certain amount of Vanilla Experience, scaling with the enchantment level of your book.
Additionally, combining both identical Exalted Enchantment Book (of the same enchant and level) will result in a singular Exalted Enchantment Book with a level increase.
Example: A Shatter II Enchantment Book, when combined with another ShatterII Enchantment Book will result in a Shatter IIIEnchantment Book.
